Apple came out with high-tech thermostat the end of last year, the Nest Learning Thermostat. The Nest is not your typical thermostat. What's really innovative about this thermostat is that it can "learn" and remember your preferred temperatures to automatically keep your home cool or warm. It turns off when your house is empty. You can control this thermostat through your iPhone, iPad, Android device, or Mac.
